All events and menus are completely customizable, with pricing based on the number of meals and servings. Here is an example of our weekly meal service prices.
Mini Service: 8 Meals, 4 different entrées, 2 servings of each. Prices starting at $330 + the cost of groceries
Simple Service: 12 Meals, 3 different entrées, 4 servings of each. Prices starting at $380 + the cost of groceries.
Chef Service: 16 meals, 4 different entrées, 4 servings of each. Prices starting at $425 + the cost of groceries
Holistic Culinary sources the highest quality ingredients available, including fresh, organic, grass-fed, and local ingredients free of hormones, pesticides, and antibiotics.

Absolutely. You can always request an extra side, salad, entrée, dessert, quiche, muffins and breakfast items.
We use compostable fiber containers that are PFAs free and can go into the oven or microwave. Cold dishes and soups may be in PFA free deli containers. These containers are disposable.
Meals are made from scratch and delivered fresh. Store anything not immediately eaten in the fridge. You may also place meals in the freezer if you don’t plan to eat them within 5 days. Proteins and starches will freeze well, but salads do not. Dishes featuring fish will taste best if eaten first or placed in the freezer to eat later in the week.
Each container is labeled with heating instructions.
For best results, preheat the oven for 15 minutes, place your meals on a sheet pan or cookie sheet, and bake as directed by the instructions on the container.
Fish dishes and salads should be enjoyed first for maximum freshness.
Yes, most menu items freeze fairly well. It is recommended to chill dishes completely in the fridge overnight before freezing to slightly improve freezing conditions. Leave enough meals in the fridge for 2-3 days and freeze the rest immediately to maintain quality and freshness. Allow 24-48 hours of thaw time in the fridge when taking things out of the freezer.
Each meal lasts about five days in a refrigerator (three for fish) and up to two months in the freezer. All meals are clearly labeled and dated for easy selection.
Meals are packaged either family-style or in individual portions, depending on what works best for you.
Meal service is offered weekly, bi-weekly (every other week), or once a month.
Absolutely! Holistic Culinary meal packages make a perfect gift for many occasions, from birthdays and anniversaries to surgeries and pregnancies. Simply email to get started! Gift certificates are also available.
No contractual commitments are required. You may contact us at any time to schedule service, and it will be booked according to availability. For ongoing service, you may schedule weekly service for the same day each week for a specific length of time. Typically, about a week’s notice is needed to get on the schedule.
Holistic Culinary is not a certified gluten-free kitchen. However, as a certified nutritionist through the Nutrition Therapy Institute, the chef understands allergies and food sensitivities, maintaining a very clean kitchen and taking special care in food preparation to avoid cross-contamination.
You may cancel weekly service at any time with notice. For a special event or private party, 5 days advance notice is required before canceling. You are responsible for groceries purchased and time spent on the event at a rate of $65 per hour.
